At T-MEN, we do everything we can to offer you high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. This 60-day return policy applies to your first order only. If your first order does not meet your expectations, you have 60 days from the date you receive it to request a return.

Please note that our estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days.

Return Eligibility Conditions

• This policy applies exclusively to first-time orders. Subsequent or repeat orders are not eligible under this 60-day policy.
• Only products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging are eligible for return.
• Products that have been used, damaged, or opened cannot be accepted.
• Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

How to Request a Return

2. Please include your order number and a brief description of the item you wish to return.
3. Our customer support team will send you the necessary instructions to complete the return.
4. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process a refund for the item back to your original payment method.

Refund Processing Time
Once your return is approved, your refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used is excluded from our return policy.
